I am 19 years old and fell weak all the time. I practice exercise and eat a lot for being healthy and energetic, but not get better result. What I have to do.

You should eat proper food to get proper weight.Take extra food more and more frequently.Use bigger plate.Take weight gainer nutritional supplement.Add ghee,butter,cheese,cream,jam,jelly with foods more.Take cake pastries,chocolate,ice cream more.Eat more protein foods to increase weight and to build muscle.Add extra healthy oil in cooking.Take nuts,seeds.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water but not just before or during meals.Quality sleep.These will be helpful.
