Good afternoon dear doctors, what is the safest way to take yamini tablets to avoid unwanted pregnancy?

You have to take 1 tablet daily starting from day 2 or 3 of your periods for 21 days then 7 days gap. Then again start the next cycle. Try to take tablet at fixed time everyday and don't miss the tablet.

21 tablets in a pack take one tablet each day same time of the day everyday preferably night… with food preferably… from 3-5 days of period. Continue for 21 days start a new pack on 7/8th day of completion of the previous pack… irrespective of periods. Continue as long as you need contraception.

Start the tab from 3rd or fifth day of the periods and take 21 tabs. Wait for the periods to come.Continue to take the tabs as lons as you desire to avoid pregnancy. Better to skip one month before contacting.This will be safe for the inhibitory effect on ovulation to get established.Use of the OC for long periods is not advised as it might generate headaches and bloating sensation.

Start the tablet from d3-4 of periods. Take one tablet every night. On completing one strip, wait for a few days. Once your periods come, restart the tablet from d3-4 again. If you miss one tablet, take one whenever you remember and take that day's tablet on time. If you miss two tablets, stop taking the tablets and use condoms till your periods come.
