You need to take full course of herperax tb when there are active blisters. During sexual engagement you must use condom.

You should definitely go for the pregnancy test. If positive early registration of pregnancy is must. You may require cervical encirclage at 16-18 weeks.

If you don't have any medical disease and planning pregnancy, then you can start folic acid on your own.
