Sir mera bilkul bi vajan nhi badhta hai. Mne sab kuch try kr liya 2 3 saal gym bi kiya product liya bhut kuch acha acha khya phir bi bs ek se do kilo vajan badhta hai or vo bi automatic down ho jata hai. Kuch bi khya peeya lagta nhi h. Bhook toh bhut lagti hai ache se khata hu or healthy diet bi khata hu par body ko kuch nhi lagta. Abhi bs ek cheej baki rah gyi h ashwagandha satavar safed musli or kaunch beej lena. Iske bare mein btaya kisi ne or mne padha bi ki it is helpful. please suggest what should I do for gain weight. Kya mein ye lu ya kuch or kru. Mera vajan bhut kam hai age 23 height 6 feet and weight only 56 kg.

take 1 spoon ashwagandha powder with milk. its will help you. take protein smoothies. add banana milk and nuts in your smoothies. u can add whey protein powder also.
