Hi. My 3 year old son had nasal injury, after that bleeding happened from two nostrils for few seconds. We applied ice and consulted ent specialist two days back. Doc suggested ibrufin and saline nasal drops for two days. He got nose swelling and greyish colour on the nose. However kid is doing fine all of sudden he developed low fever 36.9 degrees. Is it required for emergency rush or second opinion.

No emergency rush but soft tissues are swollen fast. Low fever is due to inflammation and may be mild infection. You may meet doctor nearby if fever doesn't go away by basic antipyretic which, otherwise, are not required in mild fever. May give some home/ kitchen remedies.
