The best way to gain weight naturally is through good diet and exercise. For wt gain you must:
1. Take more of proteins like milk and milk products, pulses, soyabean and its products, eggs, chicken etc.
2. Carbohydrates rich diet with sufficient amount of fibre.
3. Intake of vitamins and minerals should be proper.
4. Intake of water should be 3-4 litres.
5. Take proper rest and sleep.
6. Avoid tensions.
7. Exercise is also very important along with a good diet.
