Approximately one and a half year ago I had an extremely bad headache only on the right side with no other symptoms. The doctor I went to said that it was a migraine. From around that time i've been able to hear my pulse in my right ear. It would happen only while I was sleeping but since the past month it's been more frequent (it's called pulsatilla tinnitus I believe). I do not believe I have migraine as I never experience nausea or photophobia during headache. What should be my next step.
