Hey, I am 24 year old and I am suffering from low weight my weight is around 52 kgs. I eat a lot but I can't gain weight. I am suffering from vitamin d3 (19.19 ng/ml) deficiency and low alt/sgpt (9.0 u/i) and low serum globulin (2.0 gm/dl) high sgot/sgpt (2.33 ratio. Low chol/hdl (2.67 ratio), high phosphorus (5.6 mg/dl) wbc (3.8- 10`3/ul) tlc (3.8 - 10`3/ul) rdw-cv (14.8%) rdv-sv (49 fl), neutofiles (38.5%) eosinophil (10.4%) absolute neutrophil count (1.46 10`3/ul) vitamin b12 (>2000 pg/ml)

You should work at your metabolism rate. You are young, easily can absorb things and that will not be a hurdle. Starts with mild walk during the day followed by moderately protein rich meal. Add seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet
