Do you brush after dinner or if yes dn hw. Oral hygiene is also concerned in your case. Get chck up done along scaling and root planning. It wl b fine.

There are so many causes of bleeding gums - 
- brushing too hard 
- poor oral hygiene. 
- vitamin deficiency 
- taking blood thinners or other medications 
- bleeding or clotting disorders 
- mouth sores 
- other medical problems, including diabetes, heart disease, leukemia or scurvy

Few advice to stop bleeding gums-- 
- visit to a dentist for professional cleaning once in a year 
- use a soft toothbrush -- and brush properly! brush your teeth for at least two minutes twice a day and after meals. Hard brushing can further damage the soft tissues of your mouth. 
- floss at least once a day and be sure to floss beyond the gum line to remove more plaque. 
- control bleeding by applying pressure to the area with a cold compress. 
- rinse with salt water to keep the area clean. 
- Avoid mouthwashes that contain alcohol, which can dry out your mouth. 
- stay away from smoking and other tobacco products, which can aggravate bleeding gums.

1. The most common reason for spontaneous nocturnal gum bleeding is periodontitis, or inflammatory gum disease. This is due to the gum's physiologic response to bacterial irritants (dental plaque), which induce all the classical signs of inflammation (redness, swelling, pain, loss of function). Most relevant of the effects of gum inflammation is the phenomenon where the tiny blood vessels that course through the gum tissues become engorged, more fragile, and more easily ruptured, causing bleeding. 2. Spontaneous bleeding can also arise due to some impairment in the clotting mechanism-- either unintentional (due to disease) or intentional (administration of blood-thinning drugs).
3. Gums can also bleed due to physical injury in the mouth, or some tissue lesion or disease state that manifests in the mouth. In cases of gum bleeding, I generally recommend that the patient schedule a diagnostic visit with their dentist. Depending on the presence and severity of gum disease, it may be necessary to implement various different types of treatments to control the progressive damage that may result to the supporting tissues of the teeth.
