Sir, I am a 66 year old male and I am suffering from cervical spondylosis for past 8 years. Normally I do not have much problem. But at times I feel a grinding sound from the neck when head is turned to both sides and then I feel some discomfort and slight unsteadiness also. I had taken allopathic as well as ayurvedic medicines but the problem still persists. Kindly advise further course of action I should take.
