My son is 10 years old having weight 62 kg. 20 month's before l have take him to the dietitian and for two months he flow the diet chart given to him at that time his weight was 50 kg but there was no reduction in his weight. She said that his body is stif so he can reduce his weight only by physical activities not by diet. How can l reduce his weight please guide me.
