Hi, I have 32 years male having weight 80 kgs. Last month I opted for vitamin d test and was vitamin d deficient and it was 10 only then by local doctor recommendation I started taking medicines of dose 60k once a week. Now after taking 5 doses I again tested for vitamin d and now it is 108. Also this time I tested for vitamin b 12 also but this is very low (20.63). Please suggest as am a vegetarian. Also do I need to continue taking vitamin d medicines as doctor recommended for 12 doses.

For males we recommend weekly vitamin d for 6-8 weeks then monthly for life long. For vitamin b12 take lot of salad before each meal and fruits in between meals also take cap. Nerve up one daily after dinner with water. For more contact me on line by paid audio consultation.
