I took unnecessary ls spine xray ap and lateral 2 views for simple muscle pain. After that I am in fear that I actually had highest radiation in xray category for ls spine. That too I had 2 views. How much I had radiation for 2 views. And I am in fear as xray are carcinogenic which causes cancer in later years!
