Hello sir, greetings from your ayurveda wellness coach. It is very important to correct your sleeping methods or else on a long run there are chances of getting health issues. Sleep cycle has to be maintained properly. In your case, following steps can be followed to get good sleep. 1. Avoid all electronic gadget usage after 8.00 pm. You may listen to the soft music at bedroom and do not keep any electronic gadgets near to your head region including charging devices. 2. Finish your dinner earlier and later on walk for 30 minutes and then freshen up by bathing and then go to the bed. 3. You may prefer to drink warm milk by adding 4 grains of crushed pepper. After having dinner. 4. There are some good otc medicines which are safe like saraswatharistham or tagara and it can be consumed with milk. They are ayurveda medicines. It should be used under supervision. 5.
