Stop smoking, avoid pollution, breathe in fresh oxygen through green plants, avoid oily foods but do not give up healthy fats like a spoon of desighee/ pure butter and few nuts per day as a snack, eat moderately with more seasonal fruits and vegetables, exercise regularly and do yoga and meditation, avoid negative stress but do not run away from positive stress as a fruitful activity does bring good results which are as good for the heart as good cholesterol.
