I am 22 years old female on saturday I got vaccinated with covisheild on that day itself in night I had fever so I took the paracetamol provided by the hospital till monday my fever gone but I am still having little bit headache and neck pain on sunday 2 capsules on dolo and on monday 1 capsule of dolo I took even my stomach is upset I had not eaten anything properly, I am worried about this condition.
