I had lower abdominal pain (colicky and cramps) around 3 days ago. It was severe in intensity and started gradually after passing urine. It took around 45 min to get relief from pain after taking pantosec and I was walking as I couldn't sit. It left but after that I am feeling pressure in lower abdomen while passing urine or stools. It happens every 3-4 months with same scenario. I got whole abdomen usg done, it was normal. What should I do with this, is there anything to be worried about? Please can you tell me.

Lower abdominal plain can either due to intestinal infection or a pelvic infection. The final diagnosis will depend upon the complete set of symptoms that you are facing. Accordingly the treatment plan can be made. You can have an online consult with me regarding the same.
