I had lower abdominal pain (colicky and cramps) around 3 days ago. It was severe in intensity and started gradually after passing urine. It took around 45 min to get relief from pain after taking pantosec and I was walking as I couldn't sit. It left but after that I am feeling pressure in lower abdomen while passing urine or stools. It happens every 3-4 months with same scenario. I got whole abdomen usg done, it was normal. What should I do with this, is there anything to be worried about? Please can you tell me.
