Hello- you might be suffering from honeymoon cystitis (or "honeymoon disease"). It is cystitis caused by sexual activity. The symptoms are the same as with cystitis triggered by something other than sex: burning sensation when peeing as well as the frequent urge to go to the bathroom. It can be treated effectively with herbal supplementation. Tee tree oil and aloe vera are helpful for infections and is known for its healing effects. It can be applied topically to relieve itching or taken internally or used in a douche. Barberry has potent infection-fighting properties.
