I suffer from recurring mouth ulcers. They also occur underneath my tongue. Please advice a cure

I can advise u only an oint lexanox and a mouth wash eludril along with multivitamin tablets bevon one tablet daily but ulcers do have lot of etiology so to know the history u should visit a dentist since few ulcers lead to cancers.

B Complex capsules and mucoheal drop apply on ulcers. But if the ulcer are recurrent get it checked first to find what's the exact reason for that.

Maintain proper oral hygiene, rinse with warm saline gargles along with good antiseptic mouthwash, take proper healthy diet avoid oily spicy food. Take cap. B complex od for 10 days and apply salicylate gel. And yes visit a dentist for proper care.

The most probable reason can be indigestion. Hyperacidity. Constipation as hurry worry and curry are the precursors for oral ulcers. Therefore improve your diet, get oral prophylaxis done. Have dietary supplements like b complex and anti oxidants and apply boroglycerin twice a day.
