First do medical check up if you are suffering from hypothyroidism or any other health related problem or not.Avoid sugar,sweetened juice,fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Eat lots of watery vegetables,whole fruits.Use unrefined foods but not much.Take egg white,fish,lean meat,cottage cheese,peanut,peas,tofu,mushroom,lentil,soy milk,soy product.Use healthy fat in cooking in small amount.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Use lukewarm water after meals.Use lukewarm water with lemon juice on an empty stomach in the morning.Do regular exercise like yoga,swimming,skipping,plank,push ups,sit ups,squat.These gonna help you.

You have to follow some basic things, so that you get better results in a short period of time ?. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day ?2) try to take liquid diet as per your body strength for 1-3 days only?. 3) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals ?. 4) don?t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal?5) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods?. 6) avoid late night sleeping habits ?. 7) do exercise regularly in form of walking, jogging, running, cycling, aerobics. For 15-30 minutes as per your strength?. 1) Take 30 ml of bhrungarajasava and 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep?. 2) Take one tsf of avipattikar churna and half tsf of lavanbhaskar churna after meal?3) Take 10-10ml of ginger juice and jaggery before meal.
