Hi, apply homoeopathic medicine - schwabe's calendula & aloe vera cream twice a day over. Don't rub the area, avoid friction of any kind avoid going in sunlight or heat sources. Keep the area always suppled. Keep yourself well hydrated by intake of 10-12 glasses a day.
