At night time around 3 to 4 am I way cup up to near 6' o clock I can't sleep. Weekly 3 to 4 days happens what I do.

this is due to disturbed sleep sometimes it does happen due to anxiety neurosis stress and strain due to some bad dream or or some thought process have light dinner do not drink water immediately after foot and do not hit the bed after dinner at least an hour.after food. things will improve.
