Why uterine fibroid causes severe acidity, lower back pain and severe headache with high blood pressure. Any treatment to subside the symptoms? Please help.

There can be mass effect due to size of tumor compressing on adjacent organs and also giving extra load to lower spines. Compression on ureter can cause hydronephrosis and secondary hypertension. Maybe your tumor is big enough to cause this.in this situation surgery is the only option and if your family is complete you might do tahbso .it reduces chance of future ovarian problems too.
