Will hormone get change due to heavy house hold work? Because this month I had heavy bleeding periods from 3rd day. I'm currently taking femilon tablet back to back for 42 days (2 years) if yes, do hormones have a memory power to remember the heavy house hold works that I did for last 45 days. Note: im a endometriosis patient and unmarried girl. Last ultrasound scan was normal.

It is not heavy work but feeling that may cause hormonal imbalance. Physical work is usually good but thinking is very important. My recommendation is go for ayurvedic treatment to maintain the m.c. Regularity, staying away from obesity, preventing pcos etc. Your routine work, thinking, food and nutrition all needed to be reviewed. However exercises designed to do do betterment of such conditions are different from heavy workload which may be limited to certain parts of body. Thought process to positivity is also possible to keep away anxiety and depression which also play role in menses related problems. Pl consult privately. U ll get counseling also if needed.
