Regesterone is a better option. Try to reduce weight with healthy lifestyle and diet. Try consulting a dietitian if you are finding it difficult. You can also take apcod obis 1 sachet twice daily after food in a glass of water for six months.

Hello lybrate-user if your upt is negative and you are trying for withdrawal bleeding, then you can take either deviry or regestrone. Deviry 10 mg od for 7 days or regestrone 5 mg bd for 7 days in either case wait for withdrawal for 7 days after completing the course.
