Im a college student of age 19 years. Im suffering from acne as well as a lot of acne marks on my forehead. I wish you suggest me with the right treatment or advice as I have been suffering from this acne problem from last 2 years.

dear friend, please do following things for this__ ,wash your face 3_5 times in a day with Luke warm water, avoid using any soap. ,don't cut or erode the pimples it will leave marks on the face. ,take balance diet and add. some salads in this daily. ,try to avoid oily and spicy food as possible. take 5 GMs of Trifala churna with Luke warm water daily at night only once for 15 days. after this please tell your progress to guide further and any cream if required.
