My aunt is of weight 73 kg. She has dry cough and enlarged lymph nodes in neck. On doing fnac of neck lymph nodes, tuberculous lymphadenitis was suggested. She was started tb treatment on rcinex 600 combutol 1000 pyniza (750 mg�2). Today she has completed 2 months with above medicines. Now the doctor suggested to take akt4 for next 4 months. They have heard that after completing 2 months, one tablet (pyrazinamide) has to be stopped. Please suggest what to do and which medicines to be taken as 2 months have been completed.
