I need ask for my dad. He is 50years old. He is 73kgs. Slightly obese. He will go for walking earlier morning daily. As soon as he returns home after walking he used to sleep. Is this good? Does sleeping after walking takes away the benefits of walking? Or is it ok to sleep?
