Hello, I am 23 years old. Height 5.2" Weight 65 kg. Accordingly am gaining my weight a lot. I do yoga but yes for work pressure could not do it regularly. How can I be thin?

First of all do a health check up and follow these guidelines.Do regular exercise like swimming,skipping,yoga,plank,push ups,sit ups,squat in the morning or evening.Avoid sugar.sweetened juice,soft drinks as these turns into fat.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Use lukewarm water with lemon juice on an empty stomach in the morning. Eat lots of watery fruits,vegetables.Use unrefined foods.Eat fish,egg white,lean meat,cottage cheese,yogurt,mushroom extra for weight loss.Use coconut water or other healthy oil in cooking.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Tale quality sleep.
