How to treat muscle loss? I don't have any disease. I'm alright. My metabolism is fast. My muscles gets back to its definition only while gym. But as of now no gym due to lighten my muscles are fading. Please help how to preserve muscles. I'm doing light exercises in my room but not getting benefits like before.

Opt for weight training exercises at your home like Push ups, planks, crunches, hand stand, pull ups, triceps curls and so on, followed by 30 mins cardio...it will help you benefit at home
