One of my friend whose age is 23 ad he want to eat but can' t because he is not hungry for food according to his age ad also suffers dark marks on his face ad what he can do for this?

Okay in this regard your friend should take small amount of food frequently.Do not skip meals.Avoid spicy and oily foods totally.Take lots of fresh fruits,vegetables.Eat fish,egg,lentil,soy.Use healthy fat.Take cake,pastries,dark chocolate,ghee,butter,cheese with food.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Eat more unprocessed foods.This will help to reduce dark spots on face.Drink lots of water.Use lemon juice with lukewarm water on an empty stomach in the morning as it is helpful in cleaning bowel.Do regular exercise and stay stress free.
