Hi, the best time to sleep depends upon the shift-timings! as in your case, you can't sleep in night-time, so sleep during day-time for 6-8hrs. Our body takes few days to few months to get habituated to this contrast sleeping hours. So, wait for few more days for your body getting adjusted!
