7.5 yr old will never have a pre molar teeth. It comes only after 9 yrs of age. What u can see is a milk tooth and is a molar. U can try reducing the pain with pain killers or else get the tooth removed. I can help u in a better way if u can send me a pic of the affected teeth

Toothache generally need rct or other management since child is only 7. Give him water pulling by mixing alum and turmeric. Twice or thrive a day.
