Hi doctor. I am 23 years old and married. I took mifepristone by day before yesterday night (9.20 pm) and misoprostol (2 tablets) by 10.20 am yesterday orally and 2 more misoprostol by yesterday night (9.30 pm) orally to start bleeding. I did not get to bleed yet. Instead got a very little white discharge yesterday. What should I do?

If bleeding does not start till tomorrow then get an ultrasound done to confirm the location and duration of pregnancy and consult a gynaecologist in person. Further management will depend upon the ultrasound report.

It depends on how many weeks the pregnancy is of or if there is scarring in the uterus. Also the misoprostol has been taken a little early. You can wait for 24 hours and then take two more misoprostol sublingually. If still no bleeding, you need an ultrasound.
