Hi my hubby is 33 years old and having 4 mm renal calculi & suffering from pain for d past 4 days. When the pain worsens fever is on it crosses 99.5 but now it is 101.8 doc advised to take drotin ds for pain relief but it doesn't works for him. So doc advised to take voveran sr only when pain is unbearable. My doubt is. Will fever comes like this? If so, dolo650 is enough? Shall he take voveran till this pain goes off since he is diabetic?
