I was covid positive on 15 march 2021. I was home quarantine. Yesterday at evening I was feeling down. So I checked my temperature with infrared thermometer on my forehead and it was 97.3 to 97.7. Then I checked my oral and amprit temperature it was 98.9 to 99.2. Today my amprit temperature is 98.1 to 98.6. I have only mild weakness. Day before yesterday night I didn't sleep well due to some personal issue. My spo2 and pulse are normal 97-98 and 85-95 respectively. Why I am feeling down or ill. Due to climate change. Or is there any chance of covid reinfection within two months? If it is covid can this secondary infection will be mild or moderate? And what about temperature variation on the forehead and oral/amprit. Whether 99.2 ?f is fever. Should I go for further investigation? Pls. Help. Thanks in advance.

Your temperature varies throughout the day, lowest in the morning and highest in evening. It has a normal range 97-99. Temperature above 100.4 indicates that fever is due to infection or illness. As per your symptoms nothing to worry just keep having multivitamins. Best way to measure temperature at home is oral.
