Sir I am 20 years old male I am having problem of high blood pressure from 8 months some time I have tonsil and some time I have stuffy nose I don't want to take any medication please help me regarding this.

High blood pressure isn't something that should be taken lightly, especially since it has already been confirmed over 8 months. Not taking medications will have a high risk of stroke and other organ damage. If controlled, you can lead a long an healthy life. As for tonsillitis and stuffy nose, I understand if you do not want additional medications - they can be managed by simple measures. I would like to know the exact extend of discomfort your tonsils and stuffed nose is causing and when it occurs over the year; so that I can prescribe a proper course of treatment in your case.
