For an appropriate advise, your blood coagulation profile has be reassesed and further consultation has to be done. Other than that measure your bp at home every 2 hour and note it down for 2 days. On 1st day with antihypertensives and another day without antihypertensives. 2 hour interval is important as you will get alerted early in case you bp drop or fall severely.
