Dr. I have not been able to sleep well at night (max about 2 hours of sleep), rest of time I tend to lay awake in bed. The morning when I wake up, I end up feeling awful. Dr. had suggested to take neugaba m 75 mg tablet at night and when I was taking it for 10 days, I slept well. When I stopped this tablet on 11th day, that night I couldn't sleep well. Should I continue taking this tablet, until I am able to sleep naturally well? Also would taking this tablet become habit forming?
