I have been covid positive with mild symptoms and in home isolation for the last 18 days. The symptoms appeared on 26th april, 21. At present there is not much complications and the body temperature remains 98-99 f almost all the time. My question is that how long I will have to be in isolation more and can I go to my daughter who is 4 years old after the isolation period?

Atleast 10 days after the symptoms onset and 3 days without fever. These two are required to be fulfilled. You don't need to have a repeat testing. Make sure your crp and d dimer is within normal limits. I would suggest you to have a consultation once right now and once 7 days after your isolation ends. You should also start doing some exercises to strengthen up your lungs.

Your temperature is fine and if you don't have any symptoms then of course yes you can meet your daughter. Virus will not be shed anyway after 10-15 days usually. So you can end your isolation. But stay home and stay safe for some period.
