Follow this 1. Do saline gargles daily (preferably twice). 2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also. 3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of ac. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, when there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected. 4. Drink hot liquids --hot liquids relieve nasal congestion, prevent dehydration, and soothe the uncomfortably inflamed membranes that line your nose and throat. 5. Sleep with an extra pillow under your head-- elevating your head will help relieve congested nasal passages. If the angle is too awkward, try placing the pillows between the mattress and the box springs to create a more gradual slope. 6. Treat that stuffy nose with warm salt water-- salt-water rinsing helps break nasal congestion, while also removing virus particles and bacteria from your nose. 7. Blow your nose often (and the right way)-- it's important to blow your nose regularly when you have a cold rather than sniffling mucus back into your head. But when you blow hard, pressure can carry germ-carrying phlegm back into your ear passages, causing earache. The best way to blow your nose: press a finger over one nostril while you blow gently to clear the other. Homeopathic treatment has very encouraging results. Consult online for details.

Dear lybrate-user, from your post it seems you having symptoms of allergic rhinitis, although fever is not an associated symptom. Any allergic condition can only be managed and highly unlikely to be cured. The best way is to minimize contact with allergen and then use suppressants on top to keep symptoms under control, you will have periods of respite and similarly periods of flare ups which have to be managed appropriately. Any medication however safe is generally not advised long term. Best wishes.

Since there is covid pandemic prevalent now. I urge you get tested for covid 19 and isolate yourself from other members of your family. Monrair lc works if there is just an allergen causing the runny nose.

Hello. Your body in general seems to have an allergic tendency. In majority of the cases, it’s dust and pollen. But identifying the exact allergen is a very tedious task. Unfortunately allergy is something which cannot be cured, but just treated when it occurs. Best you can do is avoid any possible source of allergen eg 1. Avoiding dusty environments 2. Use appropriate mask while going outside 3. Steam inhalation and hot water gargles you develop symptoms and continue montair lc if the allergic episodes are very incapacitating to you and are affecting your day to day life, you may get an allergic skin patch test done. Hope this helps.
