I started working out 2 weeks ago, from last 24 hours I am experiencing pain in my left testicle, after exercise and laying down. I conducted self examination and I am experiencing a lump right under the left testicle and upon squeezing the pelvic floor muscle the I experience the pain. The pain is mild and is not persistent. What should I do?

Hello- an epididymal cyst occurs when the long, coiled tube behind the testicles called the epididymis becomes filled with fluid and can't drain. If the cyst contains sperm, it's known as a spermatocele. This form of testicular lump is very common. It most often resolves on its own.
