Hi doctor from last 4 year I have diabetes patient. When I have check my blood only some time see my diabetes After eat anything have seen more than 120 also my body getting low Weight. I don't have any medicine now but already I started controlling my food from last years. Every morning I have started exercise also so kindly help me how I can be better in my life.

Mr Nasir, If you are suffering with diabetes, and it has been confirmed then there no chance it will disappear. So I am unable to understand what you are saying. Please send following details : Fasting and after food blood sugar levels (present), HbA1c%, weight, height and waist circumference, extent of daily exercise, dietary pattern plus your BP reading. It will be good if you come in a private conversation with all the information, where I will be able to give specific guidance. In controlling diabetes restricted diet and exercise are very important, but drug treatment is absolutely essential. Without that it is impossible to control blood sugar level.
