I am 18 years old and weigh 85 kilograms. I have fat around my waist. I am obsessed with it. Suggest me how to work out. Because when I hit the gym last time I had increased weight instead of decreasing. Soo I am afraid of going gym.

You should have diet tips. Eat green leafy vegetables more and more. Dont eat fast food, junk food, heavy food, rice , potatoes, dairy products, cold drinks, ice creams etc. Regular walking for an hour in a day. Eat smaller meal. Eat easily digestible food which is less in calory. Manage the stress and anger. 100 steps walking after lunch and dinner. Drink three litres of water in a day.
