I'm a 25 years old male. I have a small bulge in my lower abdomen for many years. It's actually very small. It's visible only while standing and not while lying on the bed. The bulge is at the end of rectus abdominis and above my genital. On the left side. It's not causing any pain and discomfort. But I suspect its a inguinal hernia, as I have a strong record of hernia in my family. I exercise regularly, but I don't lift any heavy weights. Can you suggest anything to strengthen that part and prevent any future complications.
