My brother has use melacare (hydroquinone) in his thigh for brightening the skin for three days, twice at day & night the cream, it gets contact to his scrotum making the skin dry and the upper layer peels off and now the skin of his scrotum is burning. It stings if he puts water, he cannot walk properly when he used to walk it hurts because of friction between the scrotum skin and thigh. He is using vaseline as of now.
