I had been 2 years of my marriage in my recent reports 4-6 hpf puss cells found can these be a reason of infertility as my rapid motility is 45% slow 35% and dead are 20% now which were 61% 33% and 6% respectively 2 years back are puss reason for this? Should I get treatment for puss or both or can it be cured naturally?
