I have problem to urinate frequently and also when I go to toilet. I feel that bladder is not completely empty and urge to urinate again. Mostly ibs simultaneously disturbs bladder pattern also but we have to rule out other causes for frequency and urgency till that time you can continue triphla but your case need detailed further evaluation fr urological problem as far as my view is concern.

From your question what I understood is you might suffer from bph and for that to diagnose you should do a ultrasound whole abdomen and do a urine check up. Pls don't take any medication without doing proper investigation.
