Hi. I am 29 m. Recovered from typhoid recently. I have bilateral kidney stones of 3-5 mm which sometimes cause pain in groin area and in my penis shaft. Why pain in my penile region. Urine culture and urine r/m reports are normal. Pls advice treatment.

If the size of the stone is less than 5 mm it can be managed conservatively. Will pass the stone by itself.
