How I know, if I have ibs. I did endoscopy in 2020. It shows I have gastritis. But I got treatment of gastritis. But nothing change. Feel stomach full all time, nausea,very low appetite. Vomiting feeling etc. I am addicted by masturbating last 13 year. Maybe stress/anxiety made ibs. But how I know if I have ibs instead of gastritis. And if I really have ibs, then how I cute by ayurveda?
